L'edificio precedente costruito verso metà del 700° è stato demolito per lasciare il posto ad una nuova costruzione, con caratteristiche costruttive moderne ma con il sapore del passato.
Dove si trova:
L'immobile si trova a pochi chilometri dal centro del bellissimo paese di Bellano. Percorrendo pochi tornanti verso nord si arriva alla frazione "Oro". La posizione dominate sul lago e la distanza dalla strada statale, concede momenti di estremo relax in un completo silenzio.
Il progetto:
L'edificio è composto da 4 piani con massimo tre appartamenti, tutti con spettacolare vista lago. Gli appartamenti al piano terra hanno l’accesso dal giardino condominiale, mentre tutti gli altri hanno grossi terrazzi e ampie vetrate. Sono tutti termo-autonomi e realizzati con materiali di primaria qualità. Il giardino e dotato di zona relax, tavoli di legno e zona barbecue. L’immobile ha anche a 250 metri una concessione demaniale esclusiva a bordo lago con una bellissima terrazza con accesso in acqua e boe per l’ormeggio di piccole imbarcazioni.

Where:

The real estate is located a few kilometres from the centre of the beautiful village Bellano. After some turns you get to the hamlet “Oro”. The dominating position and the distance from the public street let enjoy you moments of relax in complete silence.

The project:

The building is composed of 4 floors with maximum 3 apartments on each one, all with view on the lake.
